About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run and optimise paid campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our strategy, creative and analytics teams to generate quality leads and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor budgets, CPL, CTR, ROAS and other KPIs, and optimise daily for better results.
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy and landing pages.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers on ad creatives and messaging.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation and audience targeting.
• Good analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel or Looker Studio.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bengali/Hindi.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple clients.
